We make UGC-style video ads with AI. You get six concepts, each built from what your customers say in their reviews, and each one comes in three angles. That’s 18 ads to test, $25 an ad. If none of the 18 beats your account’s usual thumb-stop rate, we make 18 more for free. If those miss too, you get your money back.
You approve every concept before we make anything. Full usage rights, no expiry.
Meta’s Andromeda update groups ads that look alike and spends on only one of them. So thirty small edits of one video count as one ad. Creative fatigue sets in within weeks.
The DTC brands that keep scaling ship new concepts every week. Each one has a new angle, a new hook and a new face. That is what we make.
We made these for six brands we invented, so we don’t use anyone’s logo. Every presenter in these videos is AI. Each one is one angle of a concept. In your order, every concept comes in three angles. Under each ad you can see its persona, angle and hook, and what it tests.
“Pacing behind your chair every call? He’s not bored. His nose has no job.”
“Seven forty-two. Bell’s at seven fifty-five. One shoe, missing.”
“Finally time to buy a gooseneck? First one you click… a hundred and twenty for a kettle.”
“Your side of the bed: one outlet, three chargers, a cluster of cords.”
“If your best friend could kill a silk plant, and to be fair, she has, here’s her housewarming gift.”
“Count how many zip bags you tossed this week. Literally go look.”
Fill in a 10-minute form with your product pages, your best ads and any claims you can’t make.
Each concept shows its hook, pain and USP, and the three angles we’ll shoot. We make nothing until you say yes.
9:16 and 4:5 versions with captions, named for testing. You launch them.
We compare each ad’s thumb-stop rate, hold rate and CTR with your account’s average and plan the next batch.
| What you compare | UGC creators | AI UGC apps you run yourself | Hookloft |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost for 18 ads | $2,700 to $9,000, plus usage rights | $29 to $110 a month, plus your time | $450, usage rights included. $25 an ad |
| Time to get them | 1 to 3 weeks | As long as it takes you | 72 hours after you say yes to the concepts |
| Who plans the concepts | You write the brief | You do | We do, from your reviews |
| Distinct concepts | Up to your brief | Variants of one prompt | Six concepts, three angles each, written down |
| What you learn | Nothing extra | Nothing extra | A report against your own baseline |
| If the ads flop | You still pay | You still pay | We remake them, then refund you |
Creator prices are typical rates for mid-tier UGC creators. Usage rights are often billed on top.
Every batch fills new cells in your concept map. Each week you get a one-page report. It shows which ads earned spend, their hook rate and hold rate against your baseline, and what we make next.
Every file is named by persona, angle and hook, so you can sort results in Ads Manager or Motion.

We are new, so we take on the risk. Every Starter order comes with three promises.
Your 18 ads arrive within 72 hours after you say yes to the concepts. If we are late, your order is free.
Don’t want to run them? Tell us within 7 days and we send back every dollar. You don’t need to call us or explain.
If none of the 18 beats your account’s average thumb-stop rate, we make six new concepts for free, 18 more ads. If those miss too, you get your $450 back and keep all 36.
The 72 hours start when you say yes to the concepts. For a refund, tell us within 7 days of getting the ads. That works once per brand, and you agree not to run the ads. For the thumb-stop promise, launch all 18 ads unedited within 14 days. Give each at least 2,000 impressions. Give us read-only access in Ads Manager. We compare each ad with your account’s average thumb-stop rate over the last 90 days (3-second views divided by impressions).
We take five new Starter clients a week, so the 72-hour promise holds.
You pay once, $25 an ad. It’s credited in full if you go monthly.

Your price stays the same as long as you stay. Pause or cancel any time.
About $49 an ad. A mid-tier UGC creator video often costs $150 to $500 before usage rights.
Every presenter in our ads is AI, and we never hide it. Every ad ships with the steps to turn on Meta’s and TikTok’s AI label, plus a disclosure line for your ad copy. If an ad needs a real customer to say it, we tell you to find one and hand you the brief.
Hookloft makes AI UGC video ads for DTC brands that advertise on Meta. We keep the roster small, so a person thinks about every concept and reads every report.
There isn’t one. We are new, so we take on the risk. Our promises only cost us money when our ads don’t work.
We don’t ship products, book creators or reshoot. We spend that time on research, scripts and QC, and you pay less.
One video with its own angle. A concept is one hook, pain and USP. We make each concept in three angles, so six concepts give you 18 ads. Extra sizes and text swaps don’t count as extra ads.
No. You or your media buyer launch them. We read the results and plan the next batch.
No. We work from your product pages, photos and reviews, plus any short clips you have.
You do. Full usage rights, no expiry, raw files included.
Often, yes, and that’s fine. Labelled AI is allowed. Undisclosed AI presenters are the risk we avoid.
Prescription products, anything that claims to cure a disease, money promises, and anything that only works if a real customer says it.
